with Professional ADHD Coach Susan Flynn Lowry

Whether or not we have been diagnosed, ADHD-related struggles with inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity, executive function, and emotional regulation affect our daily functioning and quality of life.

This is true at any age. Sometimes it feels like we live in an ADHD-unfriendly world.

While this can be true, my coaching philosophy is based on building and recognizing underlying strengths, demonstrated through overcoming ADHD challenges, and problem-solving. ADHD individuals have traits that are pivotal to addressing society's uncertain future. We contribute to developing a modern society with compassion, creativity and flexibility.
You & Your ADHD
If you are ready to embrace not fitting in, I can guide you through a journey tailored to your specific needs. We'll embrace your unique brain wiring as every ADHD brain presents differently. If we decide to work together, this is how my coaching philosophy can contribute to meaningful progress.
Change is Good
ADHD is complicated. I don’t expect us to set out on a linear path neatly bookended by goals and outcomes. With me as your thinking partner, we can look for clues and see where it takes us.
Over time, small wins can build to big, lasting changes.
